Subject: THE Big Up I
So glad to see a recording from The Big Up made its way onto archive. Big Up was the perfect blend of professionalism and intimacy, not to mention the line up was saturated with some of the best local jam bands in the northeast. It was a running joke that The Big Up was "The Northeast Festy All- Stars"; I couldn't tell you how many people I ran into that I know just from other festies. Great times, can't wait for Big Up II. Kung Fu was one of the many heavily jazz-influenced bands that took the stage over the weekend; sooo much sax on Saturday.
